Hello, my name is Marlena Jasso, and I am truly honored to serve as the new Clerk-Treasurer for the Village of Cuba.
My appointment began on June 15th. 2026. This role ensures compliance with properly documented records and finances. I will ensure Village funds are safeguarded and that we operate transparently.
I bring more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations, finance, customer service, and organizational management, having led teams and large-scale operations for nationally recognized companies. Throughout my career, I have focused on improving processes, building strong teams, managing resources responsibly, and delivering exceptional service.
Although my professional experience has taken me across many industries, I am especially grateful for the opportunity to use those skills in service to my own community. I believe local government has a direct impact on the daily lives of our residents, and I am committed to serving with integrity, transparency, accountability, and respect.
As your Clerk-Treasurer, my goal is to ensure the Village operates efficiently, responsibly, and with a focus on excellent public service. I look forward to working alongside our Mayor, Council, Village staff, and residents to strengthen our community and support the continued growth and success of Cuba.
