Gross Receipts Tax (GRT)

Business Licenses

Business registration is required for all businesses operating in the Village of Cuba, New Mexico. 

Please download and complete the Business Registration Form and return with payment to Village of Cuba by mailing to:

Prices for Business Registrations are: 

$35.00 for businesses that do not sell alcohol 
        Late Fee of $15 will apply if received after July 1, 2026
$275.00 for businesses where alcohol is sold
        Late Fee of $25 will apply if received after July 1, 2026

** NOTE: At this time the village will only be accepting check or money order as payment and preferred method of submittal is via mail. 

Vendor Permits

Setting up a streetside vending stall for casual sales during daylight hours requires a vendor permit. The cost is $10 per day, payable by cash, check, or money order.

Food vendors and sellers of regulated goods must comply with state licensing requirements.
