The Housing Authority of the Village of Cuba owns and manages housing for low-income residents at affordable rents. The Public Housing (PH) program provides rental assistance to qualified low-income families, the elderly, persons with disabilities and is a federally funded program overseen by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
