On May 1, 2026, officers responded after receiving an anonymous tip regarding the location of Victorio Ann Maestas. Upon arrival, Cuba Police Department officers successfully located and arrested Maestas without incident.
Maestas is facing charges of Aggravated Battery (two charges of Deadly Weapon Third Degree Felony), False Imprisonment, Interference with Communications. A $20,000 bond was set.
