In an effort to be more accessible and improve public service, Cuba Public Library launched a new website with enhanced online features for local residents and visiting library users. The new website address is https://www.cubanmlibrary.org/. Online services include Catalog Search, Air Quality Index, Program Information, and Obituaries, as well as an online Contact Form and links to Social Media.
The new obituary postings are provided free of charge as a function of your public library to document local history. This online archive is for biographical sketches only. Fundraising pages and posters will NOT be accepted. Requests to post local obituaries from Cuba and the surrounding area are accepted using the online form. In addition to posting internet links to online obituaries from funeral homes, copies of printed obituaries from historical records and newspapers will be accepted.
Questions about obituaries and other features of the new website can be sent to the Webmaster via email. All other questions regarding library services, meeting space, technology access, and programs can be directed to the Library staff by calling during regular business hours, 575-289-3100.
